Tableau de la « période Jonglerie ». Pour la première je peignais une femme (j’en avais peint avant mais pas aussi féminine). Je venais de franchir un cap. En soit ça n’a rien d’exceptionnel, mais pour moi c’était audacieux comme peinture. Un début de sensualité, un début de la « période Féminité » avant l’heure. Ici le mouvement est représenté par les courbes autour du corps. Les balles sont en retrait. C’est la mise en scène, l’ambiance globale qui priment. Une allégorie de la pureté du mouvement en la présence de la Femme.
