Titre: »Dilemme Viscéral Régnant Sur Un Corps Rongé, Affaibli »

Bien que le sujet et le titre fassent penser à la Période Noire, il s’agit en réalité d’un portrait de la Période Entre-Deux. Je ne me souviens plus du dilemme en question mais un besoin impulsif d’y répondre sur une toile blanche. A la différence avec la Période Noire, ici c’est seulement quelques tableaux qui reprennent ce type d’expressions brutes dans une courte période où je me cherchais artistiquement.

Although the subject and the title are reminiscent of the Black Period, it is actually a portrait of the In-Between Period. I no longer remember the dilemma in question but an impulsive need to answer it on a blank canvas. Unlike with the Black Period, here it is only a few paintings that take up this type of raw expression in a short period when I was artistically looking for myself.
