           Ce livre est puissant, fascinant. Il nous montre toute la beauté, la richesse des forêts. Qu'elles sont indispensables à nous. Qu'on va droit dans le mur en les décimant toujours plus. Voici quelques exemples qui montrent que l'Arbre est un être très sociable. Il existe des arbres qui au bord de la mort rejette pour la communauté toute leur sève. D'autres encore alertent les arbres alentour pour les prévenir qu'ils sont attaqués par des insectes.
