Série de 3 cansons au format A3, fait à la peinture acrylique, issu de la période La Femme Dans Tous Ses Etats. C'est différent de ce que j'ai pu faire auparavant. En effet au lieu de représenter figurativement, j'ai utilisé les mots et leur définition. J'ai trouvé ça intéressant que de montrer autre chose que des images. De plus les définitions issus de dictionnaire permettent de mettre en lumière comment la société perçoit ces "pratiques". Par exemple on peut voir que le mot masturber vient du latin stuprare qui veut dire polluer... Le contraste des normes, des institutions par rapport à la sexualité, au plaisir intime des sens. Le titre complète les peintures. Le OUI à l'arrière des mots montrent l'approbation de l'artiste. Que c'est normal pour une femme de se masturber, de jouir...

In the first painting there are the definitions of the following words: enjoy, woman, masturbate.
For the second painting, these are the words: clitoris, excitement, vulva, finger as well as their definition
And for the last, it is the words caress, orgasm, discover.
At the back of the words and their definition, there is written YES



Series of 3 cansons in A3 format, made with acrylic paint, from  The Woman in All Her States period. It's different from what I've done before. Indeed instead of representing figuratively, I used the words and their definition. I found it interesting to show something other than images. In addition, dictionary definitions help to highlight how society perceives these "practices". For example, we can see that the word masturbate comes from the Latin stuprare which means to pollute... The contrast of norms, of institutions in relation to sexuality, to the intimate pleasure of the senses. The title completes the paintings. The YES on the back of the words show the artist's approval. That it's normal for a woman to masturbate, to enjoy...
