Titre : «Avertissement de Masse» Tableau (carton entoilé, 35 par 27 cm, peinture acrylique) issu de la Période Réchauffement Climatique. Ici j'ai représenté une une du Time, (J'ai écrit The Times mais quand j'ai peint je pensais au Time. The Times existe aussi, c'est un journal britannique) qui publie une rétrospective de 2021 sur le plan climatique. En dessous du carré central est listé des catastrophes climatiques majeures de 2021. Ce que nous avons eu en 2021 ce n'est qu'un simple aperçu de ce qu'on aura demain. Cela se confirme avec 2022. C’est la première fois que je fais un tableau en anglais comme ceci enfin je crois. Un tableau anglais pour un titre français ça peut paraître étrange, mais le titre n’est venu tout seul, je ne voulais pas le changer. Le texte en anglais sur le tableau c’est pour montrer le côté mondial du réchauffement climatique. J’ai remarqué que dans la date en haut à droite, décembre n’est pas écrit en anglais. Je le laisse tel quel. Pour moi le tableau est fini. Si je le modifie ça va être moche. Ce qu'il y a d'écrit sur le tableau : Preview Of Tomorrow = Aperçu de demain Dôme de chaleur au Canada 49,6°C, Espagne 47, 4°C... Spectaculaire canicule en Grèce, Italie 48,8°C, Tunisie 50,3°C, Turquie... Inondations dévastatrices en Allemagne, Belgique, Inde, Chine… Méga feu dans l’ouest Américain : le Dixie Fire. Feu massif en Russie Juillet 2021, mois le plus chaud jamais enregistré Title : «Mass Warning» Painting (lined cardboard, 35 by 27 cm, acrylic paint) from the Global Warming Period. Here I represented a cover of Time, (I wrote The Times but when I painted I thought of Time. The Times also exists, it is a British newspaper) which publishes a retrospective of 2021 on the climate plan . Below the central square is a list of major weather disasters for 2021. What we got in 2021 is just a glimpse of what we will have tomorrow. This is confirmed with 2022. This is the first time that I have done a painting in English like this, finally, I believe. An English painting for a French title may seem strange, but the title didn't come by itself, I didn't want to change it. The English text on the board is to show the global side of global warming. I noticed that in the date at the top right, December is not written in English. I leave it as is. For me the picture is finished. If I modify it it will be ugly. What is written on the board: Preview Of Tomorrow Heat dome in Canada 49.6°C, Spain 47.4°C... Spectacular heat wave in Greece, Italy 48.8°C, Tunisia 50.3°C, Turkey... Devastating floods in Germany, Belgium, India, China… Mega fire in the American West: the Dixie Fire. Massive fire in Russia July 2021, the hottest month on record
