Titre_______«RENAISSANCE» Tableau ( 2 cartons entoilés 41 par 33 cm, peinture acrylique) issu de la Période Accouchement. Je me sentais à la fin d'un cycle avec les tableaux sur le thème La Femme Dans Tous Ses Etats. Il s'agit d'une femme qui accouche, le rond noir la tête du bébé, et on voit les mains du médecin prêt à accueillir le nouveau né. J'ai voulu montrer le côté ultra violent de l'accouchement pour la femme. J'avais besoin de quelque chose de nouveau, de frais. Ça a maturé pendant quelques jours puis je me suis lancé. C'était de l'impulsif, c'est tellement excitant, je me sentais à nouveau vivant, j'expérimentais je me sentais libre. Je ne sais plus pourquoi je suis parti sur ce thème, je n'ai pas envie de chercher dans mes documents. Ce thème c'est un renouveau dans mon art, un retour à l'impulsif, au spontané. Je l'aime beaucoup. Le titre fait référence à la naissance de l'enfant sur le tableau et à ma renaissance artistique. I felt like I was at the end of a cycle with the paintings on the theme The Women In All Her States. It is a woman giving birth, the black circle the baby's head, and we see the hands of the doctor ready to welcome the newborn. I wanted to show the ultra violent side of childbirth for women. I needed something new, fresh. It matured for a few days and then I started. It was impulsive, it's so exciting, I felt alive again, I experimented, I felt free. I don't know why I started on this theme, I don't want to look in my documents. This theme is a renewal in my art, a return to the impulsive, to the spontaneous. I love her so much. The title refers to the birth of the child in the painting and my artistic rebirth.
