Titre : «A marteler encore et encore » Texte écrit sur le tableau : Le Réchauffement C’est Maintenant Tableau (carton entoilé 41 par 33 cm, peinture acrylique) issu de la Période Réchauffement Climatique. Quand on parle réchauffement on pense dans 20ans, 30ans mais c’est en train de se passer maintenant. On en voit déjà les conséquences. Je voulais un slogan simple. Ça rappelle le slogan de campagne de François Hollande de 2012, Le Changement C’est Maintenant. Les grandes lettres Réchauffement sont peu lisibles, ça renvoie au fait qu’on ne se rend pas encore compte que le réchauffement se passe à l’heure actuel. Les différentes couleurs c’est pour les contrastes d’actions, individuel et collectif, on se sent seul par rapport au collectif mais si chacun fait une chose alors ça devient collectif. Le titre renforce le message qu’il faut en parler, que le réchauffement se passe maintenant. The large letters Warming are difficult to read, it refers to the fact that we do not yet realize that the warming is happening at the present time. The different colors are for the contrasts of actions, individual and collective, we feel alone in relation to the collective but if everyone does one thing then it becomes collective. The title reinforces the message that it needs to be talked about, that the warming is happening now.
