The Fabelmans de 2022. Film autobiographique de Spielberg sur comment il est devenu passionné par la création de film durant son enfance. Un hommage au cinéma, différent que celui dans Babylon de Damien Chazelle. Il n'y a pas de plans exceptionnels. Il n'y a pas de temps mort. Il y a des plans typiques de Spielberg, une avec de la pluie et un avec un travelling au moment du volley. D'habitude je n'aime les reconstitutions d'époque dans les films, j'ai toujours l'impression que ceux qui créent le film mettent toutes les choses qui font penser à l'époque, comme pour dire t'as vu on est bien dans les 50's. Mais ici on s'y croirait, ça ne fait pas faux. On s'attache à cette famille, à Sam. C'est touchant. C'est tendre. Un peu comme un film intime. J'ai beacoup aimé. Donc c'est l'histoire de Sam Fabelman qui est fasciné par la création de film depuis que sa mère lui a permis de recréer l'accident de trains qu'il a vu dans le film "The greatest show on Earth" avec ses parents. Après ça il film tout le temps avec ses sœurs. Il filme pour les scouts. Ado, son père lui demande de faire un film sur les vacances en camping qu'ils ont vécu, pour remonter le moral de sa mère qui a perdu sa mère. En montant les séquences, il remarque une choses que sa mère et le meilleur ami de son père Benny sont très proches, se tiennent la main. Il ne met que les moments qu'avec sa mère heureuse. C'est tendu à la maison. Pour son père filmer c'est qu'un hobby mais pour lui c'est bien plus. Son oncle lui dit qu'il est un artiste comme lui et sa mère, sa mère n'a pas réalisé son rêve de devenir une grande pianiste. Et que l'art et la famille ne fait pas bon ménage. Qu'il finira seul. A la fac, il est victime d'antisémitisme, il n'a pas touché à une caméra depuis le divorce de ses parents. Mais sa petite amie va lui prêter la caméra de son père et il va filmer une sortie de la fac à la plage. Comment il choisit de dépeindre celui qu'il le harcèle en dieu vivant alors que le gars il ne le sera jamais. Il a réussi à le faire plier grâce à comment il a filmé. Le poids des images. Il déteste la fac et écrit des lettres à des studios tv ou cinéma. Son père comprend l'importance que les films ont pour lui. Il accepte que Sam arrête la fac. Il a une réponse de la part de CBS pour un show Papa Schultz. Sam va faire une rencontre avec John Ford , immense réalisateur américain joué par David Lynch. Il va lui dire une chose : l'horizon en bas et en haut de l'écran c'est intéressant mais l'horizon au milieu c'est chiant. FINThe Fabelmans from 2022. After that he films all the time with his sisters. He films for the scouts. As a teenager, his father asked him to make a film about the camping holidays they had, to cheer up his mother who had lost her mother. While editing the footage, he notices one thing that his mother and his father's best friend Benny are very close, holding hands. He only puts the moments with his happy mother. It's tense at home. For his father, filming is just a hobby, but for him it's much more. His uncle tells him that he is an artist like him and his mother, his mother did not realize her dream of becoming a great pianist. And that art and family don't mix. That he will end up alone. In college, he is a victim of anti-Semitism, he has not touched a camera since his parents' divorce. But his girlfriend is going to lend him his dad's camera and he's going to film a college trip to the beach. How he chooses to portray the one he harasses him as a living god while the guy he never will be. He managed to bend it thanks to how he filmed. The weight of images. He hates college and writes letters to tv or movie studios. His father understands the importance that films have for him. He accepts that Sam quit college. He has an answer from CBS for a hogan's Heroes show. Sam is going to meet John Ford, a huge American director played by David Lynch. He's going to tell him one thing: the horizon at the bottom and top of the screen is interesting, but the horizon in the middle is boring. THE END
